Our Fees as of 1st June 2026:
- £8.00 per hour for 3- & 4-year-olds (from the term after they turn 3 years old)
- £9.50 per hour for 2-year-old (until the term after they turn 3 years old)
Fees are payable half-termly at the beginning of each half-term, and continue to be payable if a child is absent without notice for a short time, no refund will be given for periods when children do not attend a session due to illness or holidays.
Child's attendance at the setting is conditional upon continued payment of any necessary fees. Payment is due no later than 14 days from the invoice date. Payment plans are available on request.
Fees are charged if you go over your weekly funded hours or when funding is not available.

It is important to note that early years funding only pays providers to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory requirements. Funded Entitlement does not cover additional aspects, such as morning and afternoon snack, other consumables, extra hours or additional services, and providers can request additional payments to cover aspects above and beyond what is essential to implement the basic EYFS curriculum.
For several years some Early years settings have been charging consumable charges for these which are not covered by the funded rate, and the local authority state that providers can request a voluntary charge for snacks and consumables as part of a Funded Entitlement place to cover the costs of providing these items. However, options will be available for those who wish to “opt out” of the consumable charge, in these instances parent/carers can supply a list of items either each session (snack), and at the beginning of every half term (other consumables*). Charges for snack and consumables will be added to your fees invoice every half term or included in your monthly payment plan.
Please note we may ask for contributions towards visits and other specialist services such as Yoga, based on parental choice and a willingness to meet the charges. Fundraising events may also run throughout the academic year, and voluntary donations may be requested at these events.
Late Collection Charges - Charges will be made if you are frequently late collecting your child or in instances when you do not inform us that you will be collecting late or have reasonable/valid excuse. A rate of £26 per hour or part hour will be charged per child; these are to cover our cost which equates to at least 2 members of staff staying onsite until the last child is collected. If we cannot get hold of you, we will start contacting your emergency contacts to collect the child, we will refer to out Late Collection Policy if a child has not be collected or we haven’t made contact by 3.45 p.m.
Registration Fee - We have introduced a registration fee for the children who will start the setting before they are in receipt of funding or when funding is being used elsewhere. This has been set at £50. This fee pays for administration costs associated with all new starters. The £50 will be deducted from your second fees invoice, if this fee applies to your child, you will be informed via email.
We hold several fundraising events each year, from sponsored bunny hops to our famous Harvest Festival Cake Auction, these events enable us to purchase new items of equipment and to subsidize the children's parties, and annual outings. Your support at these events is vital to help us continue to run these celebrations and family friendly events. Thank you!
